Hull City boss Liam Rosenior admits Malcolm Ebiowei's long-term future is at Crystal Palace.
Rosenior was on the coaching staff when Ebiowei made his senior debut in the Championship with Derby County last season. Following a summer switch to the Eagles, the teenager struggled to get first-team minutes in the capital.
With a potential long-term switch to the MKM Stadium, Rosenior has downplayed any talk of one taking place and believes his role is to get Ebiowei ready to compete in Palace's senior team.
“What I want to do with Malcolm is come the summer, make sure he's challenging for a place in Palace's first team – we've got to remember, he's probably been on their bench 20 times this season – but then if he's not part of that conversation, we're the first choice for him to want to come back to," Rosenior told Hull Live.
“One hundred percent, it (his long-term future) remains at Palace. There's always a view with every loan that comes in to work with them beyond the time that we have them."
