Graham Dorrans is open to staying with West Bromwich Albion.
Back in January, a loan move to Middlesbrough was among the possibilities mooted as the former Livingston midfielder desperately sought first-team football again.
"Everyone wants to be playing, it doesn't matter what level you're at," he told the Daily Mail. "The past six or seven months before I got back in the team were probably the most difficult that I've had to deal with in my career so far.
"I was trying to move on but nothing really materialised. I spoke to a few clubs on the last day of the (January) window. I was in at the training ground speaking to the manager and chief executive but they didn't let me go in the end.
"I was wanting to leave because I wanted to play. But nothing went through, so I stuck it out and got back in the team when the new manager came in. I've done well since then and we'll see what happens for next season."
